RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our return window

You may request a return or size exchange for eligible regular BAS apparel within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Standard BAS designs remain eligible even when pressed after ordering. Different conditions apply to personalized products, as explained below.

Item condition

Returned apparel must be unworn apart from trying it on for fit, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, damage, or strong odours. Please include any original tags supplied with the item.

Shaker bottles must be unused and unwashed, with their original packaging where supplied.

We require an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email hello@bornagainsavage.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• The item you wish to return.
• Whether you would prefer a refund or size exchange.
• A brief explanation of the request.

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

After receiving approval, please dispatch your return within 14 calendar days. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

For changes of mind or customer-selected sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original paid shipping charges are not refunded for these returns.

We do not charge a restocking fee or retroactively deduct the original shipping cost from an order that qualified for free shipping.

If we sent the wrong item or your item is defective, BAS will cover the reasonable shipping costs needed to resolve the issue.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability.

For customer-selected sizing exchanges, customers pay return postage and shipping of the replacement item. We will confirm the replacement shipping charge before proceeding.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose a refund for the eligible returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned items, including applicable refundable taxes and accounting for discounts. Any reason for declining a return will be explained.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Please contact hello@bornagainsavage.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund. The ordinary change-of-mind conditions and return window do not limit rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.

Personalized products and final-sale items

Items personalized with customer-specific names, artwork, or requested modifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Items clearly identified as final sale before purchase are also excluded from change-of-mind returns. A discount alone does not make an item final sale.

These exclusions do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Bundles and promotional gifts

Eligible bundle items may be returned together or individually. For a partial bundle return, the bundle discount is allocated proportionally using the individual product prices at the time of purchase. The refund reflects the discounted amount paid for the returned item. We will explain the calculation before you send it back.

For a full return, please include any unused promotional gift where possible. Under this policy, BAS does not deduct a free gift’s retail value from an otherwise eligible refund.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
